Welcome to the 2026 Northeast Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (NEPELS)! We are excited to join you in your journey as a President-Elect or Assistant Governor and hope you'll mark your calendar to attend from the evening of Thursday, March 5, through midday on Saturday, March 6.

 

The District Governors-Elect from seven participating districts around New England are proud to host Northeast PELS 2026. We are joined in a common vision for the event to equip Rotary leaders with the tools, skills, and resources to serve with clarity, strength, and joy. We are planning an interactive and informative educational program, with great speakers to share their wisdom and strategies to help you lead in Rotary and beyond!
