Michele Varuolo Cole

Michele is a 26-year Rotarian with wide-ranging private sector work, community involvement, and Rotary experience.  In addition to her multitude of club work, Michele has served as an Assistant Governor and has made extensive contributions to District 7780’s District Foundation Committee and District Grants program.

Michele has years of experience in community involvement and government, at all levels, including multiple terms as a Bethel Selectperson.  She currently serves as the chair of the Bethel Select Board.
In the private sector, Michele has over 35 years of experience supporting and managing a wide variety of challenging projects in resort operations and as the Chief Administrator and Manager for LBO Holdings.

When not “doing Rotary”, Michele and her husband enjoy dancing and outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, boating, and fishing.
